(ML Meadowlark Jazzspur x Fastrak Gingersnap)
2006, Dark Chestnut (eeAA) Mare. Mersadies is my first ever homebred Morgan horse. She is the Morgan that won my heart and soul over to Morgan’s. This mare is a working beast with the build to match. She will work cows all day in the mountains yet is gentle enough to be my favorite and most trusted bareback mount. Her catty athleticism is such that not everyone can ride her, only because she can turn out from under an inexperienced rider. She currently is one of my top producing broodmares which has removed her from my riding string.
(After Dark Gunsmoke x Fastrak Gingersnap)
2008, bay (EeAa) mare. Tested PSSM1 N/N. Jetta is my gentle souled steady eddy. This mare could have gone very far in the dressage show ring if I was not in college while she was in training. She has great movements, three true gaits, steady nerves and a mellow disposition allowing everyone to ride her. She has proven herself as a broodmare with her first born colt, Bar DS Storm Striker.
(After Dark Gunsmoke x Fastrak Fandango)
2011, Bay (EEAa) Mare, 14.3hh. Pearl was bred by my neighbor and friend, Shirley Champion. She has the ideal build for a working western horse and a gentle disposition that always tries to please. She was purchased as my mom’s retirement mare, but after being a dream to train and having the build I’m working towards in my breeding program, she has become a top broodmare. She will be bred to Ragtime Dun D this year for her first foal.
(Nashboro Sir Galahad x Fastrak Starfox)
2001 Palomino Mare. Tess is a new addition to my broodmare band (2020). She was bred and raised by my friend and neighbor, Shirley Champion. She comes from some wonderful western Texas Morgan lines. I had the pleasure to help start this mare as a youngster and was a dream to ride. When given the opportunity to acquire this mare as an addition to my brood string, I jumped on it! She is kind and has a very stocky and correct build. Also she is a proven brood mare and will cross very nicely with Mic with a high probability of color.
(Looking Good x Genou Rosita Margarita)
1999, Bay Mare. Tested PSSM1 N/N. 100% Foundation Sport horse mare with great working western lines including Sparfield. Ruby is a sport horse broodmare deluxe. This gentle mare has created some wonderful Morgan Sport horse offspring. One of her fillies is in training for dressage in central Oregon (Vintage Bella Rose). https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K341zo7XWzo. She is more narrow built than most of my mares, but her movements are athletic and outstanding. She was purchased in 2019 as a broodmare addition to my herd due to her wonderful nature and proven offspring. She is currently in foal to Sumrsnow Majestic.
(Sir Danes Sire Storm x Dean Mt Nikkoletta)
2004, 14.3hh, Chestnut (eeAa) with flaxen mane and tail mare. Tested PSSM1 N/N. A High Percentage Foundation mare with great hindquarter muscling and exceptional leg conformation accompanied by strong hooves. She is Double Sparfield bred. This beauty and brains mare is a wonderfully responsive ride with amazing athleticism. She was purchased in 2019 as a broodmare since she possesses the strong body frame I desire, but has been elected as my saddle horse while I breed other mares. She has had lots of wonderful training and is a blast to ride. My goal is to get her into the western dressage show ring at some point.
She sadly is no longer breeding sound so she remains as a saddle horse only.
(Montana Harvest x EH Coco)
2008, Buckskin Mare (EeAaCr/N), 15hh. Eva came from a feral herd situation in Horseshoe Bend, Id along with Tia and Sierra. She has great working western lines including the famous Montana Harvest, Looking Good and Sparfield.
(EH Samuel x EH Guinevere)
2015, smoky black (EEaaCr/N) mare. She came from a feral herd situation in Horseshoe Bend, Id along with Tia and Eva. Her gentle disposition, very correct legs, amazing feet (which have never been trimmed) and bloodlines were all selling points to add her to the mare line-up. She comes from some wonderful working western lines including Sparfield and Montana Harvest. More updates to come as she settles into being a domestic horse.
(EH Samuel x Prairie Rose Sierra Smoke)
2014, Black mare (Eeaa). Sierra came from a feral herd situation in Horseshoe Bend, Id along with Tia and Eva. She has great working western lines including the famous Montana Harvest, Looking Good and Sparfield. She is a 100% Foundation bred mare. We are very excited to add her to our string and get her training going.
(EH Samuel X Prairie Rose Sierra Smoke)
2015, Smoky Black (EeaaCrn) mare. Penny came from a feral herd situation in Horseshoe Bend, Id. along with Tia, Eva and Sierra. She has great working western lines including the famous Montana Harvest, Looking Good and Sparfield. She is a 100% Foundation bred mare. We are very excited to add her to our string and get her training going. She did sustain an injury to an eye and is blind, but we don't see that as a reason to hold back her training. We are still getting to know Penny, more info as we get to know her.
(Kaniksu Code Red x Kaniksu Grace Note)
2013, Chestnut mare (eeaa). Jubilee came to us in 2020 from Grants Pass Oregon. She is High Percentage Foundation and has lots of Brunk and Old Government bloodlines and we are very excited to add her to our herd.
She stands right at 15hh so we are very excited to get her training going and get her bred. https://www.allbreedpedigree.com/kaniksu+jubilee
(Foxton Goldun Cloud X Foxton Rhythm Belle)
2017 Red Dun Mare (eeAAD/nd2). Arizona is an adorable, smart and sweet mare. She currently stands just at 14.1hh, but is still growing. This western bred mare has all the potential in the world! She's a very fun little mare to ride and we cannot wait to start crossing her with our boy.
(Bar Non Samuel x Doublemint Texas Rosie)
2007, Chestnut mare (eeaa). This massive mare came to me from Washington state. She did not come with a lot of training, but had a loving history. Sam is advancing her training with us and we are in love with her willing personality. She is one of the strongest built mares we have. I am so glad we scooped her up! Cannot wait to see what this stunning mare produces for us.
